In this interactive workshop, we'll explore how E-Comm 9-1-1 adapts its training to meet the changing needs of its workforce. We'll discuss the makeup of our workforce and principles of adult learning, then examine how we've modernized training to balance learner needs with operational demands. We'll guide you through our training modernization process, from conducting a needs analysis to defining objectives. We'll also cover implementation, including developing plans and piloting hybrid learning in Emergency Communications. Finally, we'll share lessons learned and provide insights into the future of training in this field.
