Managing a project can be overwhelming especially if you are new to management and your boss assigns you a major Dispatch Center Technology project. In this session we will help point you to where you can get the help you need to manage a successful project. We will cover three critical aspects of a complex technology project: internal stakeholder/organizational management; technical management; and external stakeholder management.

- Learns how to prioritize sections of the projects and assign it to the right team members to be most effective.
- Learn how to setup a dynamic project timeline that shares with all project contributors when and what they need to contribute for project success.
